We offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. The price you see at checkout is the final price — there are no shipping fees, handling fees, or extra charges added later.

We ship to customers everywhere. Every destination we serve is covered by our free shipping offer, and all locations receive the same service at the same price: free.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with tracking details once your package leaves our warehouse.
Estimated Delivery Time
Most orders arrive within 5–12 business days after dispatch. Destinations that are farther away or harder to reach by carrier may take a little longer.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times can be affected by carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons. If your order takes longer than expected, contact us and we will look into it for you.
Tracking Your Order
Every order ships with a tracking number. Use the link in your shipping confirmation email to follow your package. If your tracking has not updated within 5 business days, please contact us and we will check on it.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will correct it before dispatch. Once a package has shipped, the address can no longer be changed. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange redelivery at no extra shipping cost.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or is missing items, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and, where appropriate, send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.
